TINY CHAMPIONS (ages 3 to 4)

Our Tiny Champions program introduces children aged 3 to 4 to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and engaging way. Through age-appropriate games and activities, kids learn essential motor skills, coordination, and basic techniques while developing confidence and social skills. This nurturing environment fosters a love for movement and lays the foundation for future growth in Jiu-Jitsu and beyond!

LITTLE CHAMPIONS (ages 5 to 6)

The Little Champions program is designed for kids aged 5 to 6, focusing on building fundamental Jiu-Jitsu skills in a supportive and energetic atmosphere. This class emphasizes teamwork and respect, helping young practitioners gain confidence and make lasting friendships as they embark on their Jiu-Jitsu journey!

JUNIORS (ages 7 to 8)

Our Juniors program, tailored for ages 7 to 8, enhances foundational Jiu-Jitsu skills while promoting critical values such as respect, discipline, and teamwork. In this dynamic environment, students engage in structured drills, technique practice, and light sparring to build confidence and physical fitness.
