GB1 ALL LEVELS & FUNDAMENTALS
The GB1 program focuses on the foundational techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Designed for beginners, this class emphasizes essential movements, positions, and submissions, helping students build confidence and a solid skill base. Participants learn to apply techniques effectively in both practice and real-life situations.

GB2 ADVANCED
In GB2, students refine their skills and expand their knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu. This program introduces more advanced techniques and concepts, including escapes, sweeps, and positional strategies. Students also engage in sparring sessions, allowing them to apply what they've learned in a controlled environment while enhancing their tactical thinking.
GB3 NO-GI
The GB3 program is a no-gi class tailored for advanced practitioners. This class focuses on refining techniques without the traditional gi, exploring concepts such as grips, transitions, and submissions specific to no-gi Jiu-Jitsu. Students engage in intense sparring, preparing for competition or simply enhancing their overall game.
GBF WOMEN'S ONLY
Our GBF class is a women’s only program that focuses on fitness and empowerment through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu principles. This class combines strength, endurance, and agility training with practical self-defense techniques, creating a supportive environment for women to get fit, build confidence, and connect with others.
