On Tuesday August 15th, 2017 Gracie Barra Centennial, the first Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy in the Denver Metro area celebrated it’s opening with a classic ribbon cutting. Professor Rafael had the honors as numerous students, city officials and members of the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce Attended. Bob Golden, President of the South Metro Denver Chamber, opened the ceremony with Stephanie Piko, Mayor Pro Tem, district 4 of Centennial. Guest enjoyed some traditional Brazilian fair including Acai and were able to watch kids and adult classes in action.
