Professor Kayron Gracie is a renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and instructor who has left an indelible mark on the martial arts world. Born into the legendary Gracie family, Kayron carries on the tradition of excellence established by his ancestors. With a deep-rooted passion for the art and a tireless dedication to his craft, he has become an influential figure in the Jiu-Jitsu community.
From an early age, Kayron immersed himself in the teachings of his family, learning the intricacies and techniques of Jiu-Jitsu. Under the guidance of his father, Master Carlos Gracie Jr., Kayron honed his skills and developed a formidable grappling prowess. His commitment and talent propelled him to achieve multiple world titles in various Jiu-Jitsu championships.

Rafael Oliveira is a 4th Degree Black Belt.
He is is a young man who has decided to dedicate his life to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is strongly committed to his journey of mastering the art. Discipline and focus are remarkable elements of his personality and made a big difference for one of the greatest achievements of his life: The World’s Bjj No-Gi Championship in 2007.
In Brazil, Rafael had the opportunity to train at the legendary Gracie Barra main school in Rio de Janeiro, where he was trained on the same mats and environment that made some of the biggest names of our sport.
Always very caring, Rafael tries to understand his teammates and students and finds joy in sharing his knowledge with them.
We are part of Gracie Barra, the largest Jiu-Jitsu organization in the world, with over 1000 schools around the globe. Gracie Barra was established by Master Carlos Gracie Jr., the son of Jiu-Jitsu pioneer Grand Master Carlos Gracie Sr. and played a pivotal role in the development and popularization of Jiu-Jitsu. With a vision to expand the global reach of Jiu-Jitsu and promote its numerous benefits, Master Carlos Gracie Jr. founded the first official Gracie Barra school in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1986.
The mission of Gracie Barra Rancho Santa Margarita is to improve the lives of the people in the South Orange County area including Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Mission Viejo, Las Flores, and surrounding communities in Orange County, California through the value-centered martial art of Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the Jiu-Jitsu healthy lifestyle.
